Personal Experiences

Name: Tripta Kapoor
Occupation: School Teacher
Place: Delhi

I have already attended quite a few meditation sessions of different beliefs and methodologies like ‘Art of Living’ ‘ Vipasana’, ‘ Osho Dharma’ ‘ Swami Ramdev’s Yog Vigyan’ and now ‘Pranic Healing’.

The specialty of Pranic Healing is to transfer your accumulated energy to others also, that means you can serve others while serving yourself at the same time. The method of Pranic Healing is very different to the other two ways of mediation, which is unique. In this way of meditation you remember and bless everybody including your loved ones, the needy people, the patients, even if they are unknown to you, the community you belong to, your working place and the whole environment around you. It is a wonderful feeling which gives you immense inner contentment. This is an effective way to include the feeling of ‘Paropkar’, i.e. sharing your accumulated energy with others.

In my view we should have a separate period of meditation in the school at least thrice a week regularly. Ten or fifteen days will not help anybody to remain stress free and happy forever. It should be practiced continuously in the school.
